The June Issue

So, you stuck around after all. We can’t even begin to describe how happy we are that you decided to stay.

Alright, maybe we can…WE’RE SO HAPPY THAT YOU DECIDED TO STAY!!! Thank you to the hundreds of fine folk who visited The Region over the past couple of weeks. If we ever get the chance to meet in person (and boy, we hope one day we do) we’ll give you an epic bear hug—or a high-five if you’re into that sort of thing.

In Part I of the June Issue, we’re gearing up for one hell of a summer. Continuing where we left off on the music festival front, we’ve topped up our roster with 6 more festivals to daydream about and obsess over . When you finally decide to take that cross-country road trip to Hillside, we’ll make sure you get there in one piece (we even made playlists for you). Remember to bring a fresh batch of  your own homebrew to share with your newfound music fest friends! We heard you don’t win friends with salad?

In Part II of the June Issue, things get a little serious as we reflect on the past with stories of triumph and memories of new-found land. We’re featuring a poignant artist from Bowen Island whose art inspires us to feel something more, and we question the structure of our society thanks to the words of George Orwell. School might be out for the summer, but we’re itching to learn!
